Update of directive D-13-02: Requirements for the evaluation and recognition of third-party auditors

The CFIA revised the directive to include Third-Party Auditors of CFIA Horticulture Product Certification Programs, as well as to make some administrative changes. The requirements presented in this directive have not changed.
