Update to GAC webpage; Export and Import Controls

Did you notice that this Global Affairs webpage had a strange glitch associated with the Notice "Guidance on the movement to and storage of controlled technology in the Cloud"?

Each time a user visited the page, the date associated with the Notice showed the current date, not the date that the Notice was published.

The CSCB reached out to GAC and asked if they could please review. Their reply:

Thank you for drawing this to our attention. Please note that our web development team has correct the glitch and the original posting date (2025-10-01) is now shown in both English and French.
