Description
CBSA systems have returned to regular operations, and as regular business resumes, will remain in a heightened state of alert and monitoring.
The problem reported below has now been resolved.
The CBSA is currently experiencing a delay for importers and custom brokers who submit Integrated Import Declaration (IID). The CBSA is receiving all incoming IID messages but there is a delay in processing and sending some outbound messages such as acknowledgments, reject messages and notices (e.g., RNS. completeness notices, etc).
Please note, the CBSA is able to process the Document Image Functionality (DIF) and all other release service options.
The CBSA is actively working to resolve this issue, but we currently do not have an estimated time for its resolution. Further updates to this bulletin will be provided when additional information is available.
