Updated: CBSA plans consultations on Administrative Monetary Penalty System (AMPS) Review

In July 2025, we told you about the upcoming consultation CBSA had planned for the Administrative Monetary Penalty System (AMPS) Review from November 3 to December 19, 2025, see Trade News article here.

While the specific focus or scope of consultations is not yet apparent, the CSCB is aware of a range of AMPs-related concerns that have surfaced among members and in the broader supply chain community.
