Updates to CFIA guidance on Safe Food for Canadians Regulations

The CFIA has made minor updates to the following guidance:

Safe Food for Canadians Regulations: Glossary of key terms
- clarifications have been made to the definitions of “Alcoholic beverage” and “Preserve”
Food business activities that require a licence under the Safe Food for Canadians Regulations
- clarifications have been made in section “5.7 Alcoholic beverages

L’ACIA a apporté des mises à jour mineures aux documents d’orientation suivants :
