Updates to the phytosanitary requirements for importing micro-organisms

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency recently updated its plant health requirements for importing over 100 bacterial and fungal taxa. These organisms no longer require a plant protection import permit. For more information, please consult the notice to industry which communicates the changes.

L’Agence canadienne d’inspection des aliments a récemment mis à jour ses exigences en matière de santé des végétaux concernant l’importation de plus de 100 taxons bactériens et fongiques.
