US CBP Deadline for Vague Merchandise Descriptions - November 12, 2024

US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has advised that effective as of noon EST on November 12, 2024, cargo shipments that contain vague descriptions will be rejected. This change applies to all freight shipments destined to the US or transiting through the US.
