[US CBP] User Fee, Transponder, and Decal Information

The US CBP posted the following information on its website on 30 August 2013. Details are available at http://www.cbp.gov/xp/cgov/trade/basic_trade/uftd_info.xml. This message has to do with DTOPS - Decal / Transponder Online Procurement System. It’s a way for Commercial Vehicles, Private Aircraft, and Private Vessels (thirty feet and over) to purchase their Annual User Fee online.
