Become a CCS
To become a CCS, an individual must:
- successfully complete the Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) course, OR
- work for a CSCB member, have at least two years' work experience in the customs environment, and successfully challenge the CCS examination.

Certified Customs Specialists (CCS) must uphold their designation annually by engaging in professional development activities and making an annual payment.
