20 April 2009 Correction: Canada to Relax First-Port Policy Earlier today the CSCB reproduced a message from the 17 April 2009 edition of the Journal of Commerce. This message indicated that low-risk importers and carriers would be allowed to travel in bond for clearance and not have to clear goods at the first point of arrival (FPOA). The CSCB would like to clarify this statement. Goods will be allowed to move in bond as follows:
