5 January 2009 2009 Customs Tariff The CSCB has expressed to CBSA our concerns with the 2009 Customs Tariff. CBSA has advised that the Microsoft Access version of the tariff will not be available until January 12th. This means that customs brokers and importers will be required to manually update the amended files, which costs both time and money, and introduces the potential for errors.
