EDI and Sub-Agents

18 November 2008 EDI and Sub-Agents Members have indicated to the CSCB that some officers will not discuss an EDI transmission with a broker who is not located at that port and instead insists on dealing with a subagent. We have confirmed with CBSA Headquarters that this is not correct and that the issue is addressed in the ACROSS-EDI PRD.
