As we move towards the implementation of CARM Release 2 in October of 2023, we want to make sure that you have the necessary tools and guidance to ensure a safe and smooth ride on the Road to CARM. We will demonstrate how to use the process maps, where they can be found, and how to access them. If you are a CSCB member, CCS, CTCS or a preferred business client with log-in to our website, we will demonstrate how to access all links embedded in the process maps, including the link to the Road to CARM. If you have not yet been on our Road to CARM, the webinar provides a great opportunity to start 2023 on the right track!
