CSCB CARM Road Maps – Next Steps

The CSCB would like to thank all of you who attended the CARM Road Maps webinar on January 11th. As we prepare for our next steps for the continued development of the CARM Road Maps, the CSCB is looking for your feedback on topics of interest.

Based on previous feedback, the CSCB has identified 7 topics that appeal to most members for additional CARM Road Maps:

  • Release Prior to Payment
  • C-Type Entries
  • Voluntary Entries
  • Temporary Entries
  • Corrections and Adjustments
  • Mass Adjustments
  • Drawbacks

Now that you have had an opportunity to see and use the CARM Road Maps, we want to provide the chance for additional feedback.  Please complete this survey to provide your feedback and suggestions by February 10th. If you have any questions please let Sean Patrick know at [email protected].

In the meantime, the CSCB continues the development of the Release Prior to Payment Road Map.

Please note that the development of any additional CARM Road Maps including Release Prior to Payment is dependent upon information available from the CBSA. The CSCB continues to work with the CBSA by participating in working walkthroughs to obtain all available information regarding CARM Release 2.

Don’t forget to join us for the CARM Billing Cycles webinar on February 22, 2023!
