Our Tradition
Every year at our national conferences, we identify a local charity in the host city and make a donation in honour of our speakers rather than giving them traditional speaker gifts.
This year, we are supporting the Trellis Society.
Trellis Society is a registered charity that empowers people of all ages, backgrounds, and experiences to grow and flourish. We support those affected by homelessness, poverty, social isolation, mental health barriers, intergenerational trauma and more through a range of services that span from housing, community hubs and child development, to employment readiness, cultural connection and clinical services. At Trellis, we strive to make a lasting generational impact and grow a community where everyone can thrive.
