The Department of Justice consolidated regulations for the United States Surtax Remission Order (2025) has now been updated with the June 2026 amendment. The Department of Justice consolidated regulations for the United States Surtax Remission Order (2025) September amendment has not been updated at this time. The CSCB will continue to monitor for that update and will publish another Trade News article once it's done.
