Tribunal Terminates Expiry Review—Steel Plate from Bulgaria, the Czech Republic and Romania

 

Today, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal terminated the 2019 expiry review RR-2018-007, concerning steel plates from Bulgaria, the Czech Republic and Romania.

Because the CBSA determined that expiry of the order in respect of the goods was unlikely to result in dumping (see Trade News article) , the Tribunal will make an order rescinding the previous order.
