Publication of the Regulations Amending the Off-Road Compression-Ignition Engine Emission Regulations

Please note, the regulations referred to in this Environment Canada notice were part of a CSCB message sent earlier today regarding Part II of the Canada Gazette. On December 7th, 2011, the Minister of the Environment published the Regulations Amending the Off-Road Compression-Ignition Engine Emission Regulations (the Amendments) made under Section 160 of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 (the Act). EICS: PKI Certificate Authority Unavailable December 11

Access to EICS is achieved using a PKI Certificate from the Internal Credential Management (ICM) Service of PWGSC. ICM Services = PKI Certificate Authority. This is to inform you that maintenance will be conducted by PWGSC on Internal Credential Management (ICM) Services during the scheduled maintenance window Sunday, December 11, 2011 between the hours of 05:00 and 09:00 ET. ICM services will be unavailable - no PKI logins - during the full duration of this maintenance window to allow for maintenance activities to take place.
