The following is to inform you of changes which will be made to the triggering of mandatory product inspections for the analyses Sensory Evaluation, Net Content Determination and Label evaluation and their posting on the Mandatory Inspection List (MIL). Currently, when a product fails inspection for one of these analyses, the product HS code of the lot which failed is the parameter used to determine which products from that producer are subject to mandatory inspection.
