Request to eliminate duty on certain winch straps

Update to the Courier Low Value Shipment Program

The CBSA has provided clarification on two of the new requirements for participation in the Courier LVS program. As well, CBSA has extended the deadline by which current participants must advise if they will continue to participate in the program. The deadline is now October 15, 2011.
