Notice to EICS Entrust Direct users

Please be advised that a recent update to the EICS server has created a situation where users who use Internet Explorer to login to EICS via Entrust Direct will be required to install a new root certificate for their Internet Explorer browser.

Should this apply to you, please refer to the following attachments:

  1. The instructions for how to install the new root certificate (Instructions.docx)
  2. The certificate that will be required as part of this process, which you should save to your C:\Program Files\EICS-SCEI Direct directory – (EICS_CERT.cer)
  3. A second set of instructions to which are options, but allow you to skip a long series of pop-up messages (Process_optimization.docx)

Veuillez noter qu'une récente mise à jour du serveur EICS a créé une situation dans laquelle les utilisateurs qui utilisent Internet Explorer pour se connecter à EICS via Entrust Direct devront installer un nouveau certificat-racine pour leur navigateur Internet Explorer.

Si vous êtes dans cette situation, veuillez-vous référer aux pièces jointes suivantes:

  1. Les instructions pour installer le nouveau certificat-racine (Instructions_F.docx)
  2. Le certificat qui sera requis dans le cadre de ce processus, vous devez le sauvegarder sous le répertoire  C: \Fichiers de Programme\EICS-SCEI Direct – (EICS_CERT.cer)
  3. Un deuxième ensemble d'instructions qui sont des options, mais vous permettent de sauter une longue série de messages contextuels (Process_optimization_F.docx)
