2006 Fourth Quarter Interest Rates

The following message is from the Electronic Commerce Unit.

The annual interest rate for the fourth quarter of 2006 (Oct. 1 to December 31) will be 4.1828. The monthly interest rate for the same period will be 0.3 %.
