Ambassador tries rebranding 'secure' Canada/U.S. border

Canada's ambassador to the United States has put a new twist in the way the common border is described.
 
Michael Wilson suggests it should now be known as the longest secure border in the world – instead of the longest undefended border.
 
He tells the American Society of International Law in a speech that a lot has been done to tighten up border security since September 11.
 
Wilson says while some people think the border should be a checkpoint, most Canadians and Americans see it as a gateway. Only now, it is far more safe and secure than before….
