PC 2005-2187 Order Amending the Schedule to the Customs Tariff, 2005-4
PC 2005-2187 provides duty-free entry for high tenacity polyester multifilament yarn; polyethylene for use in certain manufactures; certain fabrics for use in the manufacture of sample books; and white or off-white satin weave fabric for use in the manufacture of bride’s wedding dresses. This Order also extends the duty-free status of tariff item No. 9931.00.00 for an additional three years.
