AMPS and Contravention 315

DFAIT's announcement that the individual export permits required for softwood lumber would be changed to a weekly permit system prompted the CSCB to contact the AMPS Working Group for clarification of how this new policy would affect contravention 315.

It has now been confirmed by the CCRA that all regional export coordinators have been advised that contravention 315 excludes permits for softwood lumber.
