What a great way to start the new year….The CSCB is pleased to announce an upcoming webinar featuring Peter Kirby. As members are aware, Mr. Kirby was the legal mind behind Frito-Lay, as well as three recent similar cases: Bri-Chem, EverGreen, and Southern Pacific.

This webinar, planned for early January 2016, will include a discussion on the Bri-Chem case and lessons learned. Mr. Kirby will also address a customs broker’s limitation of liability.
