CADEX Problems

The following message is from the Electronic Commerce Unit at Revenue Canada.

CADEX clients are asked to note that Revenue Canada is currently experiencing problems with the CADEX system. They have not processed QO and QJ queries since Sunday morning, 1 August. Also, accepted AQ data is not being transferred to CCS. Clients are requested not to re-send affected B3's until further notice. Clients are asked to call the hot line at 1-888-957-7224 for further updates.

As of 10:35 am on 3 August, the hot line was reporting that the problem should be fixed shortly, but clients were still cautioned not to re-send B3's.
