CBSA Message (TCC16-154) – Remembrance Day Holiday

Clients Affected: All clients and service providers who transmit trade data using EDI.

Client service support will be available on the Remembrance Day holiday, Friday, November 11, 2016 between 08:00 and 16:00 (Eastern Time).  Please note that support will be provided for production issues only by calling our hot line at 1-888-957-7224..

For accounting purposes:

B3 entries processed and accepted November 11, 2016 will appear on the daily notice (DN) on Tuesday, November 15, 2016. The exchange rates from Thursday, November 10, 2016 through Monday, November 14, 2016 (inclusive) will remain unchanged.  Friday, November 11, 2016 will not be counted in the calculation of overdue B3 entries.
