In response to the recent outages, CBSA has reissued its outage contingency plans.  The CSCB continues to pursue not just a review of these plans but also an understanding and resolution of the root causes of the outages that continue to occur.

Clients Affected: All clients and service providers who transmit trade data using EDI and Portal. 

CBSA would like to remind all trade chain partners that the CBSA System Outage Contingency Plan is available online.
