Clients Affected: All clients and service providers who transmit trade data using the Integrated Import Declaration (IID) and Document Image Functionality (DIF)

For maintenance purposes, there will be an outage on Wednesday, July 18 from 02:45 and 06:30 (ET).  During this outage, the CBSA is unable to process the DIF.  As a result of this outage, the IID transmission related to the DIF may get rejected.

Also, Participating Government Agencies (PGA) may experience delays in processing the Integrated Import Declaration (IID).

Please note that the CBSA will be able to process all other release service options.

Action Required: For urgent transactions, please proceed with legacy Service Options OGD PARS (service option 463) / OGD RMD (service option 471) or with paper release request.
