Clients Affected: All clients who transmit data electronically and/or using the eManifest portal.

We want to thank all of our clients who took the time to complete the recent TCCU client survey.  Your feedback is important to ensure we continue to provide quality client service in the areas of client registration, testing and technical production support.  We are currently reviewing the results of the survey and that information will be used to seek opportunities for training for our technical support staff, enhancements to our web content and improving our clients’ overall client service experience.
