CBSA Message(TCC16-103) - Civic Holiday

The Technical Commercial Client Unit (TCCU) of the Canada Border Services Agency will be closed on the Civic holiday on Monday, August 1, 2016.  For urgent client service outside business hours and statutory holidays, please contact the TCCU hotline at 1-888-957-7224  and your enquiry will be answered by a TCCU officer. 

For brokers and importers: CADEX reports will run the evenings of Friday, July 29, 2016 and Monday, August 1, 2016.  B3 entries processed and accepted August 1, 2016 will appear on the daily notice (DN) on Tuesday, August 2, 2016.  ARL will not be impacted by the August 1 Civic Holiday.  The exchange rates from Saturday, July 30, 2016 through Tuesday, August 2, 2016 (inclusive) will remain unchanged.

We would like to remind you that as per TCC16-051 sent on April 1, 2016, payments of July Statement of Account (SOA) must be received at CBSA payment offices by 16:30 local time on August 2, 2016 for all clients.
