Chapter 6 was published to streamline the import requirements for the following HS code:

06.02.90.0026 - Other propagative material - tissue cultured plants in agar or liquid media
06.02.90.0100 - Other propagative material - In vitro plants in agar or liquid media (further to 06.02.90.0026)

This created a requirement version change for the following HS codes originating from the state of Oregon:

06.02.20.0017 - Rooted plants (include greenhouse grown) - fruit (nursery stock)
06.02.20.0018.10 - Hickory - Rooted plants (Carya spp.)
06.02.20.0018.11 - Walnut - Rooted plants (Juglans spp.)
06.02.20.0018.90 - Other nut species - rooted plants
06.02.20.0019.90 - Other true seedlings
06.02.20.0020.90 - Other rooted plants (producing edible fruit or nuts) - miscellaneous
06.02.20.0021.01 - Washingtonia palm - Rooted plants (Washingtonia spp.)
06.02.90.0023.90 - Other rooted plants (without edible fruit or nuts)
06.02.90.0024.90 - Other - vegetable transplants
06.02.90.0024.99 - Other rooted greenhouse plant species (including commercial houseplant produced in greenhouse and for resale, eg. african violet)
06.02.90.0025.90 - Other rootcrop plants (rooted plant)
06.02.90.0030.90 - Other propagative material - rooted plants, miscellaneous
06.02.90.0031 - Other rooted propagative material - trees, shrubs and bushes (without edible fruits or nuts) - (include greenhouse grown) (nursery stock) (further to 06.02.90.0027)
06.02.90.0032 - Other rooted propagative material - trees, shrubs and bushes (without edible fruits or nuts) (include greenhouse grown) (nursery stock) (further to 06.02.90.0031)
06.02.90.0036 - Other propagative material - greenhouse plants (further to 06.02.90.0035)
06.04.20.0149 - Fresh mosses and lichens
