A) Chapter 44 was published to:

i) modify the description of the following HS codes.

44.20.10.0001 - Wooden components - without bark and less than or equal to 1.5 cm in thickness.
44.20.10.0003 - Wooden components - without bark, exceeding 1.5 cm in thickness.
44.20.10.0005 - Wooden components - with bark
44.20.90.0001 - Wooden components - without bark and less than or equal to 1.5 cm in thickness.
44.20.90.0003 - Wooden components - without bark, exceeding 1.5 cm in thickness.
44.20.90.0005 - Wooden components - with bark.

ii) streamline the requirements for the following HS codes with the end use "Other end uses".

44.19.19.0010.01 - Tableware and Kitchenware, of bamboo - other - less than or equal to 1.5 cm in thickness
44.19.90.0010.01 - Tableware and kitchen ware, of wood without bark and less or equal to 1.5 cm in thickness
44.21.91.0010.01 - Other articles, of bamboo - less than or equal to 1.5 cm in thickness
44.21.99.0030.01 - Wooden components - without bark and less than or equal to 1.5 cm in thickness.

iii) remove the following OGD extensions.

44.20.10.0002 - Wooden components - not completely finished (e.g. not painted, not lacquered, etc.), without bark and less than or equal to 1.5 cm in thickness.
44.20.90.0002 - Wooden components - not completely finished (e.g. not painted, not lacquered, etc.), without bark and less than or equal to 1.5 cm in thickness.

B) Chapter 95 was published to modify the description of the following HS code. NO VERSION CHANGE.

95.05.10.1000.03 - Wooden components, without bark and made of processed material (material subjected to conditions such as heat, glue, pressure or any combination thereof).
