A) Chapter 05 was published to :

i) add the following OGD extension.

05.11.99.1299.09 - Cell lines - Avian (bird)

This created a requirement version change for the following HS codes originating from all countries except the United States.

05.11.99.1298.01 - Laboratory or tissue samples, fresh, frozen or fixed.  - Avian (bird). 
05.11.99.1301.01 - Animal urine, other than used in the preparation of pharmaceutical products, including baits and lures; other animal body fluids not elsewhere specified or included. - Avian (bird). 
05.11.99.1302.05 - Animal tissues, fluids or manure on DNA or RNA preservation cards. - Avian (bird).

ii) remove the following OGD extensions.

05.11.91.1298.01 - Fish, crustaceans, molluscs or other aquatic invertebrates.
05.11.99.1298.14 - Fish, marine mammals, crustaceans, molluscs or other aquatic invertebrates.

B) Chapter 19 was published to modify the import conditions for the following HS code with the end uses “Human consumption” and “Samples” originating from Uruguay.

19.01.90.3726 -  Caramelized concentrated milk.

This created a requirement version change for the same HS code originating from all countries except the United States.
