i) change the release recommendation from “Refer to CFIA-NISC” to “Refuse entry” for the following HS code with the end use “Propagation (growing or sowing)” originating from all countries except, the Continental United States, Germany and the Netherlands.

ii) change the release recommendation from “Refer to CFIA-NISC” to “Refuse entry” for the following HS codes originating from the states of Maine, South Dakota and Vermont.

B) Chapter 44 was published to:
