31.01.00.1811.04 - Ovine/caprine (sheep/goat) - pure manure, unprocessed
31.01.00.1811.05 - Porcine (swine) - pure manure, unprocessed
31.01.00.1811.99 - Other - pure manure, unprocessed.

This created a requirement version change to the same HS codes listed above originating from the United States.
