CFIA Meat Hygiene Manual of Procedures

Please be advised that export requirements under section 11.7.3 – European Union of the Chapter 11 of the Meat Hygiene Manual of Procedures (MHMP), have been updated with the following information:

- Subsections 11.7.3.2 to 11.7.3.6, Annex M and Annex R have been updated. 

- Introducing Annex E - Swine Information Document (SID).

- Annex O has been eliminated and Annex I of the Introduction will need to be used henceforth.
