CITT Departmental Performance Report for Fiscal Year 2004-2005
The CITT’s annual Performance Report for the past fiscal year is available on their web site, at

The CITT caseload continues to grow; the workload associated with procurement complaints has tripled since 1994, and the complaints have become far more complex. During the past fiscal year, the CITT made use of temporary resources and employees in term, contract and casual positions in order to assist it in meeting the tight regulatory deadlines.
