Deadline for 2018 National Conference early bird pricing is Friday, July 13

July 12, 2018

We know that the ongoing surtax implementation is challenging and taking up much of members’ time. Therefore, we have decided to extend the early bird deadline for our 2018 national conference until July 13.  Hope you are able to take advantage of this extra week to register!

This year’s conference theme is “A North American Perspective for Customs Brokers: Turning Expertise and Experience into Profit.” The challenges of trade within North American are rapidly escalating and increasingly complex. Customs brokers need to remain positioned as the key providers of information relating to shifts in trade policy and practice and importers need to maintain informed regarding the external and domestic changes that impact their specific business interests.

Check out the preliminary Conference Program. The conference will be held from Saturday, September 29 to Tuesday ,October 2.  If you're planning to attend, consider registering today as early bird pricing ends on July 6th!

This year, we have combined conference and hotel registration into a single package to make things easy. Check out all that is included in our fee!

Here is how we recommend you approach registering:

  1. Take a look at the conference program and consider the various hotel packages available.
  2. Book your flight to make sure you can get flights on your desired dates. Consider booking on aircanada.com using promotion code 8Z3YWYV1 for a possible 10% discount.
  3. Return to our website and register for the conference after you have purchased your flight.
  4. Submit to us a completed Travel Information form for each attendee. The submission of this form in advance of departure is mandatory.
