EICS Connectivity Problems

The following message is from the EICB.

Connectivity problems have been reported from different areas, either very slow loading EICS, or not getting in at all. The EICS web servers are running normally, with no technical issues. Internet problems with Telecomm Ottawa may be the culprit.
