The following announcement is from DFAIT.

As a result of demonstrations planned to take place at the DFAIT headquarters building on 2 April, it has been decided in conjunction with the RCMP that only designated personnel providing essential services should work in that building to ensure employee safety.

The IPPS system will function, but DFAIT may encounter service disruptions. A skeleton staff will be available to respond to users' enquiries.
