New Minister of National Revenue is Appointed

Prime Minister Jean Chrétien has just announced that the Honourable Herb Dhaliwal becomes the Minister of Fisheries and Oceans, while Mr. Martin Cauchon, MP for Outremont, becomes the Minister of National Revenue.
