Outage Scheduled for Sunday, 27 October 2002

The following message is from the Electronic Commerce Unit at the CCRA.

Members should note that for maintenance purposes and to return the system to Standard Time, there is a planned outage this Sunday, October 27, 2002. The Customs EDI system will be unavailable from 3:00 am until 1:00 pm (eastern time). These times are tentative and may be updated later in the week (we will issue another message if necessary). This will impact all EDI applications including: ER, RNS, CUSDEC, CADEX, Marine, Rail and Highway Cargo. No EDI messages will be transferred to or from the CCRA during this outage. Clients are requested to present paper documentation to obtain release of the goods during this outage.
