PC 2005-1467, Regulations Amending the Firearms Marking Regulations

PC 2005-1467 is the “Regulations Amending the Firearms Marking Regulations”.

Amendment

1. Section 6 of the Firearms Marking Regulations is replaced by the following:

6. These Regulations come into force on December 1, 2007.

Coming into Force

2. These Regulations come into force on the day on which they are registered.
