PKI Maintenance Weekend, 3-5 November 2006

The PKI Certificate Authority is scheduling system maintenance during the weekend 3-5 November 2006.

The PKI Directory Service will be transferred to a back-up system on Friday November 3rd between 20:00 and 24:00 hrs (midnight) EST, and will revert to the main system on Sunday November 5th between 13:00 and 17:00 hrs EST. PKI services may be intermittently unavailable during these change-overs.

If your PKI Certificate (Entrust profile) becomes disabled, this would be due to multiple logon attempts while the PKI Directory was unavailable. Please advise the EICS Help Desk BY EMAIL if you receive a message that your Entrust profile is disabled. We will ensure that it is re-enabled as quickly as possible.
