The deadline to apply for an allocation under the powdered whey tariff rate quota (TRQ) for the 2016 – 2017 TRQ year (August 1, 2016 to July 31, 2017) is July 15, 2016.

The application form is available as an appendix to the Notice to Importers No.836:  Powdered Whey  (Item 125.1 on the Import Control List), which is available at the following address: Controlled Products - Agriculture - Dairy Products 

Completed applications must be sent by mail or courier to the address below by the deadline of July 15, 2016:
