The House of Commons Standing Committee on Finance has finalized its pre-budget consultations and issued its report on “Creating the Conditions for Economic Growth”. 

This followed presentations from nearly 300 groups and individuals during pre-budget hearings in Ottawa and throughout Canada, and consideration of more than 400 online submissions.
