Revision to Meat Hygiene Directive, MHD 2008-8

 

The following meat hygiene directives are now available in HTML and PDF versions at:

MHD 2008-8

Chapter 7 - Section 7.6.3 (b) - This directive explains the requirements for food allergens declaration in the ingredients list. Included are an update to basic requirements, examples on how to declare, and addition of precautionary statement policy.

 

The PDF version of directives should be used for maintaining print copies of the meat hygiene manual of procedures.
