Scheduled Maintenance on 14 and 15 January 2006

The following message is from the Electronic Commerce Unit at the CBSA.

EDI Mailbox outage:

Please be advised that, due to scheduled maintenance, the mailboxes between ACROSS and CCS/CADEX will be down on Saturday, January 14th, 2006 from 5:00 am to 5:30 am (Eastern Time).

General EDI Outage:

For maintenance purposes, the Customs EDI system will be unavailable from 3:00 am until 8:00 am (ET) on Sunday January 15th, 2006. This will impact all EDI applications including: ER, RNS, CUSDEC, CADEX, Marine, Rail and Highway Cargo. No EDI messages will be transferred to or from the Canada Border Services Agency during this outage. Clients are requested to present paper documentation to obtain release of the goods during this outage.
